we run on Sleekplan

move "user of the week" to the top of the right sidebar

move "user of the week" to the top of the right sidebar. Why? because now all i see is "build connections" and it's very depressing to see that I have 0 followers and I'm only following 2 people. Maybe I would follow more people if I could even find or see more people on this site. Thus, if you moved the user of the week up, i could see him/her and follow. thus building more conenctions.
